My room, it is messy
Clothes as far as the eye can see
things where never put in place
But where rather thrown or knocked over
The trash can is a black hole
that absorbs objects, but never releases them
It is slowly being compressed into a singularity.
Dishes from a week ago lay on the desk
What is that sticky thing on the plate?
When did I eat guacamole? Or is it cheese?
I open the blinds and the light reveals tiny flecks of dusk
That will sail across the carpet
And settle on my climatology book
And will never be wiped away.
My room, it is messy

Jardin fleuris is a series representing the different ages of a woman. The first picture is called Virgin Soil, the second is called Mûres which means both “blackberries” and “mature” representing puberty and first periods, the third picture is called Broken Eggs. Broken eggs represent the loss of virginity in arts. The fourth photo is called Blossom in the Garden and represents a mother with her inner fertile garden.
